Mosfet surriscaldato e cella di Peltier - Hardware - Arduino Forum

Sto utilizzando un mosfet di tipo: P11NK50FPZ per il controllo proporzionale ed integrale di una cella di Peltier TEC1-12706, ma il mosfet si riscalda tantissimo!! Quale può essere il problema?!
