Pizza Turners are used to rotate a pizza for even cooking. They can also be used to remove pizzas from the oven, to add firewood and manage the fire if cooking with wood.

Orange Turners are made from 304 stainless steel, designed and manufactured in the US, from US sourced materials. Like all Pizza Ornate tools, the peel blade is replaceable, and can replacements can be purchased separately.

How to choose a Pizza Turner

1. Pizza Size. For 12” or smaller pizzas choose a 6” turner. For 12-14” pizzas, choose a 7” turner. For 14-15” pizzas, choose an 8” turner. For 15” and larger choose a 9” turner. Note that turner size is more flexible than peels, and can be adjusted based on preference.
2. Handle Length. Pizza Turners use a 2 Hole Handle, which is 3/4” in diameter. When choosing a handle length, consider how deep your oven is, but also how much space you have around your oven. If you have lots of space, longer handles can be easier to use and tend to not get as hot with extended usage. If you have a tighter space, like a small kitchen or food truck, you may select a shorter handle to keep the tool maneuverable.
